Order of Events

This flowchart will indicate the order in which events are resolved:

1. IRON MAN/SHE-HULK set lynch threshold; MARIA HILL's 72-hour delay ability is applied if appropriate.

2. SCUM recruitment attempt.

3. BULLSEYE kill.

4. SCUM kill following a failed recruitment.

5. PUNISHER kill (if he is the last Scum alive).

6. DOMINO's role-block prevent is applied.

7. GOBLIN's and SONGBIRD's role-blocks are applied.

8. PENANCE, GOBLIN, SHE-HULK, CAPTAIN AMERICA-related protections are applied.

9. SCUM Night kill (regular) is applied. GOBLIN, PSYLOCKE kills are applied.

10. LADY DEATHSTRIKE kills (if successful kill is executed on her target)

11. SPIDER-MAN, DEADPOOL, BLACK WIDOW, JUSTICE receive investigative results.

12. VENOM binds.

Why is Venom's Bind at #9. Shouldn't binding come after all kills? That is, what if Venom attempts to bind to someone who is getting killed?
