Deep down, Clark's essentially a good person... and deep down, I'm not.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to the game; you are Bruce Wayne
REAL NAME:: Bruce Wayne
ALIGNMENT: Scum
GENERIC: Godfather
WIN CONDITION: Scum control the voting and all malicious third parties (PFK) are neutralized
BACKGROUND:
You have always been, by nature, a survivor. You survived the attack that took the lives of your parents; you survived the period of grief that followed. In your time as the Batman, you survived assaults on your physical and mental well being from some of the most dangerous - and brilliant - minds in the world. You survived the Joker. Compared to all of that, coming back from death was a walk in the park.
Your defeat at Arkham four years ago would have caught a less-prepared man unawares, but preparation has always been your strong suit. The pill you used worked brilliantly; seven hours in a coma closely resembling death later, all you had to do was crawl away from the pile of bodies in Arkham's courtyard and make good your escape.
It took you some time to recover, both physically and financially. Most of the WayneCorp assets have remained untouched - you were officially declared missing, but trusted associates have kept the company working in your absence - but you couldn't very well step up to claim them, not if you wanted to preserve the advantage of surprise. Fortunately, a host of shell and dummy companies provided the capital you needed to rebuild. Four years later, you've returned to Gotham to restore the proper order of things. There has, however, been a bit of a development: someone has your suit.
You're not sure who. It might be Tim, or Dick, or Jason, or any of a number of allies from your years in this shady business. Whoever it is, though, they're welcome to it. They seem to have the right idea; they've pulled together a team - something you always struggled to do - and they've placed fear back into the hearts of Gotham's wayward citizens. From the shadows, you think you can help them.
If, in time, it should become necessary to don the cowl and cape again, you stand ready to do so, but for the meanwhile it would seem best to stand as Batman's silent partner. They won't know you, of course, but you know them, and their methods, and they are no danger to you.
Good luck!
POWERS:
You have a number of advantages to aid you in your difficult task, arranged here in helpful numbered list format:

POWERS:
You have a number of advantages to aid you in your difficult task, arranged here in helpful numbered list format:
1. The Scum cannot kill you, no matter how often or how hard they try. If they attempt to kill you, they will fail.
2. Similarly, the Joker cannot affect you in any way.
3. You have adopted the identity of Dr. Thomas Elliot, known as "Hush" to his criminal contemporaries, and any investigation into your identity will reveal the role name "Hush." You have assembled a detailed file on Dr. Elliot, which will be provided to you in the form of an alternate PM.
4. Any investigation of you will be treated as if you are a Town Special. In addition, your main ability (#5, below) cannot be Watched, Tracked, or observed in any way.
5. Under all of the armor and sophisticated weaponry, you are at heart a detective. Your job is to ferret out whatever information you can that might prove useful to your cause. Once per Day, you may select any other player in the game. When you do, you will open a private dialogue with that player, held via private messages sent through the moderator. Your target will not know your identity or anything about you other than what you choose to tell them. You may sustain as many of these dialogues as you wish (though all will remain separate from one another).
Interestingly enough, you have already found yourself engaged in regular communication with one player - your old friend, the Joker. Unlike the others with whom you will communicate, he knows that he is speaking to the Original Recipe Batman, though he does not know your identity or alignment. Unlike the others with whom you will communicate, you know that he is the Joker, but do not know his identity or alignment. You may send him a message at any time via the moderator. Happy chatting!
