ROLE NAME: The Paranoid Schizophrenic With Boundary Issues
ALIGNMENT: Town
GENERIC ROLE DESCRIPTION: Shopkeeper / Crazy Townie
BACKGROUND
From the first time he appears on the screen, he's the obvious choice for villain. He has bug-eyes and always seems to be sweating more than the ambient temperature would suggest. He always turns up behind the door, or peering in the window, or stealing the heroine's socks, or mumbling inaudibly to himself while he fiddles with a machete or a Zippo.
He's the Paranoid Schizophrenic With Boundary Issues, and he's never the real villain. In fact, odds are very good that in his madness, he will at some point do something to aid the heroes, however unwittingly.
POWERS
Here's my modification on Roosh's Inventor / Shopkeeper deal. Once per Day (including just before Day One dawns), the P.S.W.B.I. may choose one player to target. The P.S.W.B.I. will then steal an item from that player. We will assign items to every role. Many items will be utterly useless. Some will afford powers or harm if used. Regardless, the P.S.W.B.I. cannot use any of them. What he can do is redistribute them, either to their original owner or to other owners. He may steal one item per Day AND give one item per Night, but he may not stockpile more than one item at a time (if he has one item already, and steals a second, he MUST give away one of them that Night).
Once an item is given, the receiving player will be given the option to use the item at any time.
QUESTIONS
I really like this one. The only questions, really, are these:
1. What are the items? This can be figured out in a separate thread.
2. Would an additional Crazy Townie power piled on top of all this be too much?
