" roles in blue can be killed only by the Predator and roles in purple can be targeted only by Freddy."
I think you got your colors reversed ;D
Also, I posted a bit earlier about balance in the Predator thread, which I will now re-look at since you posted this.

Who do you give the kill to if both of them target the same player who can be killed by either of them eg." The Inquisitive Fool".
Freddy is more than just a vanilla scum, he is a bonus Night Kill for the scum probably every other Night on average with a small chance of taking out a scum at the same time.
The Predator has an equal chance of taking out scum or town and I would score as zero on scum or town.
Both these roles have the capability of really screwing the scum over. One because half his targets are scum so to win he will need to take some out but also because Freddy can act as a partial investigator as he works out that his powers do not work on scum.

Who do you give the kill to if both of them target the same player who can be killed by either of them eg." The Inquisitive Fool". I had planned on having them split the points, but after consideration I wonder if it wouldn't be better to just take those three players and make them all exclusives (ie, there would be no player that was a valid target for both SKs). See changes above. I still don't think it would balance that way, because Freddy isn't a simple bonus Night kill - he can't coordinate with the scum the way a true bonus kill could, so the chance of overlap with the Scum's choices is very high. Add to that the danger that the Scum will simply kill Freddy at some point, and the possibility that Freddy himself would take out a Scum player somewhere along the line via indirect means, and you have a player that isn't worth as much as a bonus Night kill would be. The Holy Formula balances a standard Serial Killer as vanilla scum (4.5 points); I don't see how I could balance this role as much more than that. I don't agree, in actual practice. In practice the Predator will ultimately end up Scum hunting, because his role description makes it clear that killing Scum is a sure thing - targeting a Townie is not. A compulsory Vigilante usual winds up taking out more Town than Scum, and still balances at 1-1.5 points in the Town direction (because, of course, if a player takes out an even number of Town and Scum, that's a net benefit to the Town). Possibly true, but his powers also don't work on a fair number of Town. He could serve as a Town confirmer, of course, but not really a Scum identifier. I can't really think of a way around this, though.

Ok, I agree with the changes above on exclusive targets.
I think that the overlap is going to be less than you think. The scum will be looking to take people out which is beneficial to them surviving the game, Freddy is looking for anyone who fits his criteria. Having said that I don't see how you could balance him any more than you have as well.
Fair point on the Predator as to who he will be aiming for.
I guess the situation I want to avoid on the confirmation is where a PFK can radically alter the game knowldge for the town or scum. See NAF in the Marvel game.

I'm considering this finished, too.
