I've just read the scum boards. They are all ready to cut macey loose as a lost cause. If he is so gone, why not get him to claim Doc at the 11th hour, and possibly force the town to run around for a new lynch.
Not only that they have a great chance to activate one of macey's Extra Night Kills.

Yeah, if macey doesn't claim something, they're missing a great opportunity. If they stand pat on this, the town will have killed off macey before he ever even had a chance at extra kills. Not to mention that I think millit and JSexton are both partially exposed right now. peeker is planning to target pedescribe, so his kill isn't going to go through. Town is fixing to have a real good first Day.

Yup, the 'Dope is down.
Oh well, this could make an interesting end of Day.
The scum should really consider giving macey one of the fake role claims to use. Now would be an ideal time for it. Assuming the 'Dope returns soon of course.

Well looks like the 'Dope was down over the deadline so it's bye bye macey.
The scum shoot themselves in the foot on Day 1.
The only upside, brewha is going to get a shed load of Townie points for that.

The only upside, brewha is going to get a shed load of Townie points for that. Well, before I read brewha's response on the scum board, I actually thought he was intentionally bussing him at first. After all, they did say they were going to play during the Day as if they were town. And being that it's still early in the game an early bus of a scum can really pay off in the long term. But they really should have tried a fake claim and use the time bought to swing an extra kill (not that it would've mattered in the end due to the board outage). Brewha would still have gotten townie cred when the truth came out, and scum could have a +1 in the kill department.

And scum look like they are going to whack Pleo at this point.
Things are about to get real interesting....

Well two things spring to mind. 1. Is BlasterMaster going to play the game entirely by Night action? 2. The scum are going to be 2 down at the End of Night 1. That's gotta hurt.

Cliff's Notes for those of us too lazy to go through the game being referenced? Thanks. In M2, storyteller was the Godfather who setup Santo Rugger to be outed as scum and gained a lot of Townie points doing so. Enough to win the game with Kat. There are a few other reasons why the scum won, we're looking at you Winston Smith, but storytellers gameplay was more than enough to earn him a place in SDMB mafia legend. Why do you think everyone is so paranoid when a scum gets lynched these days. Blame storyteller.

Umm, storyteller. Why didn't MHaye as Watcher see Thing Fish taking a Night action as he would have done against bufftabby.

Because MHaye only sees the other way around. He sees anyone who targeted his target. No one targeted Thing Fish. Thing Fish took an action, but that's not part of the power (MHaye is a watcher, versus a tracker, in generic Mafia terms).
If he saw both, he'd be a bit too powerful.

I was aware of the storyteller bussing thing, but I thought you were also making a reference to brewha, which is why I was confused. I still find it amusing that the bussing in this game wasn't intentional.
